Today, Google Open Source announced their first 2018 Open Source Peer Bonus winners, and our graphics lead, Daniel Stone, is among the recipients!
First started seven years ago, this program was created by Google "to encourage its employees to express their gratitude to Open Source contributors" outside of the company for their contributions to Open Source projects.
In Daniels case, he has been recognized for his long-time contibuitons to freedesktop.org, which includes supporting Xorg, Mesa, Wayland, and many other projects.
Congratulations to Daniel & all the other winners for this well-deserved recognition!
