Next week the world's XR and AI community will be gathering in Long Beach, California, for AWE USA 2026. Over 5,000 professionals will be in attendance at the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center to explore what advancements are being made for the XR industry. Attendees will have 4 days to absorb the latest developments with the event taking place from June 15 to 18.
Propelling the open source mission further into the XR ecosystem, our very own Frédéric Plourde will be giving a talk on how OpenXR is evolving into a practical foundation for cross-platform XR interoperability, covering spatial entities, conformance, runtime behavior, and extension support across devices and sessions. Join him next Thursday to learn how OpenXR is growing!
