This Thursday, we’re heading to the Frankfurt-area stop of the AMD Embedded Computing Summit at the RheinMain CongressCenter in Wiesbaden. Taking place on October 1, this one-day event brings together engineers, architects, and technology leaders to explore the latest developments in embedded computing, from Edge AI and x86 Embedded processors to adaptive SoCs, software, security, and development tools.
We’ll be showcasing our AI Magic Mirror, a touchless AI experience for seamless virtual clothing swaps, powered by AMD Ryzen AI Halo. Built on Debian Linux 13 (Trixie) with the latest kernel support and drivers, the demo combines real-time video processing, person tracking, and generative AI in a single pipeline.
The demo highlights how interactive vision and generative AI workloads can run locally on AMD hardware, bringing responsive, privacy-friendly AI experiences directly to the edge.
